Teacher Profile – Matthew Davidson

Matthew Davidson is one of the senior members of the team at Musical Minds. A local musician, teacher, performer and producer who has over 30 years  experience in the   industry. He studied music degrees including Advanced Diploma in Music Business, Diploma in Electronic Music   Production and BA in Audio Studio Production.

Matthew has run kids holiday musical workshops in song creation and composition and has worked as Sound   Producer for Arts Victoria “Get Out “ Disability Arts program. He has released several albums and has performed   extensively overseas playing in bands as a guitarist.

Matthew worked on creating the world’s first homeless kids scout troop, 1st Manila Street Troop and has worked in   Nepal and in Australia for the Women’s Foundation of Nepal.

Another interesting fact about Matt’s vibrant career is: He operated a singing telegram business for 8 years with his wife, employing many local musicians, singers and teachers.

Matt lives with my wife and two cat babies, Ezekiel and Sumo…plus he is a secret gamer nerd!
