Testimonials

“My 7 year old son absolutely loves his music lessons! He is so excited for his class he totally buzzes the whole way through. He is engaged with music that he likes and which suits his style. It’s not prescribed learning, it’s all about what works best for the student. Fostering his passion and exploring the instrument, whilst learning, will keep his passion alive as he grows. ”
Mel Williams

“As a person who has learnt both piano and violin (up to AMEB Grade 8), I have had a lot of experience with many different music teachers over many years. Now as a parent, with my son learning trumpet from Tanya, she is the best instrumental teacher that I have ever come across. Her enthusiasm and passion for music shines through when she teaches. From the start, she quickly developed a great rapport with my son, and her experience and ability to work with young children is very evident. She also teaches a variety of musical styles and encourages improvisation. My son says that she is humorous and fun and always looks forward to having his trumpet lessons. She is also an awesome trumpet player! I highly recommend Tanya and Musical Minds to anyone looking for quality and excellence.”
